Clarified water plant business has a maximum water production maximum capacity of 300 M3 per hour. It produces clarified water for industrial use, basic consumption within factories and offices, as well as for customers in neighboring areas.
Clarified Water Supply Service: Water is one of the most critical production factors in the petrochemical and downstream industries. Therefore, we have established a modern and highly efficient Clarified Water Plant (CWP).
Professional Production Standards: We have partnered with Global Utility Service Company Limited (GUSCO), an expert in industrial estate utility management, for the operation and maintenance (O&M) of our water plant. This ensures that the water quality delivered to our customers is clean and consistently meets the agreed-upon Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Future-Ready Production Capacity: Our clarified water plant is strategically located in the Huai Pong sub-district, with a maximum production capacity of up to 300 cubic meters per hour. It features a backup system that ensures a continuous water supply 24 hours a day, mitigating the risk of water shortages in the production process.
Environmental Commitment: Our water production process is strictly controlled to meet high standards. We conduct Water Quality Monitoring at every stage to minimize environmental impact and maximize the efficient use of water resources.

The following industrial groups are permitted to operate within the industrial estate:
- Natural gas separation plants
- Petrochemical industries utilizing feedstock derived from petroleum refining or natural gas separation
- Intermediate petrochemical industries
- Downstream petrochemical industries
- Intermediate and downstream industries
- Automotive parts manufacturing industries
- Supporting industries and general manufacturing businesses (excluding prohibited industries), provided they have appropriate pollution control systems and do not exceed environmental standards set by the industrial estate.
The following types of industrial operations are strictly prohibited from establishing or conducting business activities within the designated area:
- Rock grinding, crushing, or processing plants
- Sand dredging operations on privately owned land
- Factories engaged in the processing of animal bones
- Fish meal production facilities
- Dyeing factories
- Leather tanning factories
- Pulp manufacturing plants using wood, textile scraps, or fiber as raw materials
- Chlor-alkali industry plants utilizing sodium chloride (NaCl) as raw material to produce sodium carbonate (Na₂CO₃), sodium hydroxide (NaOH), hydrochloric acid (HCl), chlorine (Cl₂), sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl), or bleaching powder
- Factories producing active chemical substances or agents intended for pest or animal control
- Facilities engaged in the production, repair, or modification of explosives
- Petroleum refining plants
- Power generation facilities utilizing coal as a fuel source
- Cement manufacturing plants
- Primary iron and steel smelting or production industries
- Primary non-ferrous metal smelting and manufacturing industries
- Electroplating and metal surface coating factories
- Dry cell and battery manufacturing plants
- Fluorescent lamp manufacturing facilities
- Businesses engaged in the purchase of used battery casings
- Industries involved in the manufacturing, assembly, modification, or repair of electronic circuit boards and components
