- Pulp manufacturing plants using wood, textile scraps, or fiber as raw materials
- Chlor-alkali industry plants utilizing sodium chloride (NaCl) as raw material to produce sodium carbonate (Na₂CO₃), sodium hydroxide (NaOH), hydrochloric acid (HCl), chlorine (Cl₂), sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl), or bleaching powder
- Factories producing active chemical substances or agents intended for pest or animal control
- Facilities engaged in the production, repair, or modification of explosives
- Petroleum refining plants
- Power generation facilities utilizing coal as a fuel source
- Cement manufacturing plants
- Primary iron and steel smelting or production industries
- Primary non-ferrous metal smelting and manufacturing industries
- Electroplating and metal surface coating factories
