The following industrial groups are permitted to operate within the industrial estate:

  1. Natural gas separation plants 
  2. Petrochemical industries utilizing feedstock derived from petroleum refining or natural gas separation 
  3. Intermediate petrochemical industries 
  4. Downstream petrochemical industries 
  5. Intermediate and downstream industries 
  6. Automotive parts manufacturing industries 
  7. Supporting industries and general manufacturing businesses (excluding prohibited industries), provided they have appropriate pollution control systems and do not exceed environmental standards set by the industrial estate.

The following types of industrial operations are strictly prohibited from establishing or conducting business activities within the designated area:

  1. Rock grinding, crushing, or processing plants 
  2. Sand dredging operations on privately owned land 
  3. Factories engaged in the processing of animal bones
